Sunday 23 February Montepulciano comes alive with the most fun party of the year, Carnival.

The celebrations will begin in Piazza Grande at 15.30 with the parade of the Poliziana Band, to continue to the Crypt of the Jesus with the big masked party starting at 16.00.

During the festival the most beautiful mask of the day will be awarded.
