The Palazzo Carletti Historical House is situated on the main 1st floor of an important building of mediaeval origin that was extended and transformed in the 18th century into the building that we know today.

The Residence, in the heart of the historic centre of Montepulciano, is a stone's throw away from Piazza Grande and overlooks the main street on one side and stunning views over the Chiana Valley, Trasimeno Lake and the mountains around Cortona on the other.

Palazzo Carletti has 3 suites and 2 double rooms (all non-smoking), each with unique features and 17th and 18th century frescoes.
